As a family business we cannot thank you enough for your continued loyalty and support, especially in these difficult times. We know that the maintenance of your vehicle is a priority and so will remain open for as long as we can, but will continue to keep up to date with the fast-moving government guidance.
Our main priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues and so we are closely monitoring the developing situation to ensure we are taking all the necessary precautions.
We continue to be stringent around hygiene and cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent handwashing. All our technicians wear gloves when working on customer vehicles and have adopted a no handshake policy to make visitors feel comfortable.
We offer all customers an express meet and greet and once the work is complete we can discuss collection options with you over the phone.
We also have a collection and delivery service (subject to availability) and the main areas such as steering wheel, gearstick, dash and seat will be sanitised on the vehicle’s return back to you.
If you would like to arrange to come in at a quieter time, please contact us and we can advise you of when would be the best time for you to arrive.
Finally, to help minimise the spread of the virus, we are following the latest Government recommendations and asking any team member with flu-like symptoms to self-isolate for seven days or those who have been in close personal contact with someone who has contracted the virus to self-isolate for 14 days.
We will update this section of the website as the situation develops, so please keep checking back.
Thank you again for your loyalty and support.
